Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Linguistic Community Builder. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to grow our online presence and build the personal brand of our CEO.

As a Linguistic Community Builder, you will be responsible for creating thought leadership content, managing community engagement, and tracking performance to refine our strategy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and Grow Online Presence: Develop and implement strategies to increase our online visibility and engagement.
  2. Create Engaging Content: Design and produce high-quality content that showcases our programs and events, including posts, campaigns, and success stories.
  3. Build Thought Leadership Content: Create informative and engaging content that establishes our CEO as a thought leader in the industry.
  4. Manage Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, answering questions, and providing support.
  5. Track Performance: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine our strategy and stay ahead of trends.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 Years of Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
  • Strong Writing and Storytelling Skills: Ability to create engaging and compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Basic Design and Scheduling Tools: Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva and Adobe, as well as scheduling tools like Hootsuite.
  • Knowledge of Ads and Sales Navigator: Familiarity with advertising platforms and sales navigator tools is a plus.
  • Creative and Proactive: Ability to think creatively and take initiative to achieve goals.
