Lead Korean Language Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled content developer to support the development of AI models by ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and creative adaptability in Korean.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your expertise in Korean with creativity, critical thinking, and editorial skills while working with global AI research teams in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate, engaging, and contextually appropriate written responses in Korean for various prompts.

Evaluation and review of human- and AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, clarity, safety, and cultural alignment will also be key responsibilities.

A strong understanding of Korean culture, idioms, humor, and societal nuances is essential for this role.

Additionally, experience in linguistics, translation, teaching, or language-related projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate, engaging, and contextually appropriate written responses in Korean for various prompts.
  • Evaluate and review human- and AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, clarity, safety, and cultural alignment.
  • Provide detailed linguistic assessments, focusing on style, nuance, bias, clarity, and intent.
  • Conduct peer reviews of linguistic contributions to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Design creative content such as prompts, role-play scenarios, games, and thought experiments to test and challenge AI capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Korean with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strong English-language communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Korean writing, editing, or content creation with command over tone, style, and genre.
  • In-depth knowledge of Korean culture, idioms, humor, and societal nuances.
  • Experience in linguistics, translation, teaching, or language-related projects preferred.
