Job Title: Revenue Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled RevOps Manager to lead the implementation of our HubSpot platform, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

  • Implement full-funnel RevOps systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Configure advanced lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and routing rules.
  • Design and build scalable workflows and automations to optimize revenue processes.
  • Integrate HubSpot with other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and maximizing ROI.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations, including setup, configuration, and testing.
  • Developing and maintaining complex lead scoring models and lifecycle stages.
  • Creating real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
  • Managing data governance and ensuring data quality within HubSpot.
  • Collaborating with GTM teams to roll out a holistic RevOps framework for clients.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in RevOps and HubSpot implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups (Marketing + CRM + CX).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to find and fix revenue leakages.
  • Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs).
