Job Title: Regional Business Head - IT Staffing and Contract Hiring

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Promote and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and contract hiring services.
  • Optimize regional performance to maximize revenue.
  • Foster a high-performing team of IT hiring experts through development and mentoring.
  • Deliver top-notch staffing and recruitment services.
  • Lead the team in sourcing, contract hiring, and end-to-end mid and senior-level recruitment.
  • Manage client delivery for IT staffing and recruitment services.
  • Leverage job postings and other platforms for effective sourcing.
  • Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for key client accounts.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in new client development for IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing with hands-on experience in candidate sourcing using job postings.
  • At least 2 years' experience leading the IT staffing or contract staffing practice.
  • Regional/business head experience in IT staffing is preferred.
  • A hard-core sales professional with a proven track record of maximizing revenue.
  • Ability to work from home full-time or part-time.
  • Preferred experience in SAP/IT contract staffing consultancy.
  • Deep understanding of technical skills and sourcing platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with long-term commitment and high IQ, maturity.
  • Think big approach with optimism and positivity.
  • Vision to grow big with a global focus.
  • No other engagement and ability to share at least 4 hours initially, with more on demand.
  • Ready to work as a partner in the business with long-term commitment.
  • Strong academic records are a must.
  • No full-time employment.

Engagement Model: Fix Fee + Performance Incentives (50:50)
