- Drive multi-property revenue management strategies to achieve optimal business mix.
- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design dynamic pricing models.
- Collaborate with GMs, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.
- 8–10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
- Proven record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
- Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
