Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction as a Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sales:
- Build relationships with key clients in India and international markets to identify business opportunities.
- Develop targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, leading the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Client Management:
- Nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, decision-makers, and IT leadership through proactive communication and value-added services.
- Expand existing accounts through strategic account planning, cross-selling, and up-selling of services.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business dynamics through ongoing research and analysis.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership on pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and account status updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-10 years of proven experience in IT services sales, with a strong track record in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of services like Cloud, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
