Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales:
    • Build relationships with key clients in India and international markets to identify business opportunities.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Client Management:
    • Nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, decision-makers, and IT leadership through proactive communication and value-added services.
    • Expand existing accounts through strategic account planning, cross-selling, and up-selling of services.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business dynamics through ongoing research and analysis.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership on pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and account status updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-10 years of proven experience in IT services sales, with a strong track record in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of services like Cloud, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
