Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement successful commercial strategies to maximize room sales and revenue.
- Maintain a consistent selling approach across all channels and develop systems to enhance business opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and execute departmental revenue budgets and forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide recommendations for price and strategy adjustments to the Commercial teams.
- Evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing suggestions for improvement.
- Possess a proven track record of leadership and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions.
- Demonstrate expertise in revenue management systems, property management tools, and online travel agency extranets.
- Be able to learn and teach best practices to new team members.
