Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and proactive Finance Leader to oversee all financial operations for our upcoming manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, compliance, cost control, and ensuring efficient financial management of the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Control Manufacturing Costs:
  • Prepare and Monitor Budgets, Forecasts, and Financial Reports:
  • Design Product and Process Costing in ERP:
  • Establish and Manage Financial Policies, Procedures, and Controls for the Factory:
  • Oversee Inventory Levels, Stock Valuation, and Variiances:
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulatory and Tax Requirements:
  • Manage Vendor Relationships, Local Payments, and Receivables:
  • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain Teams to Align Financial Objectives:
  • Lead Audits and Liaise with External Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Regulatory Bodies:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Requirements:
  • A degree in finance or equivalent qualification.
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial modelling, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
