Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive our Master Data Management (MDM) and Shared Service Center (SSC) initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming our finance and accounting processes, implementing simplification and automation in a shared service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end solution architecture of MDM, including data model definition, data quality assessment, and data migration strategy.
  • Make technology decisions related to client MDM environment and interpret requirements to architect MDM solutions.
  • Configure and maintain master data fields in SAP systems with in-depth knowledge of SAP (HANA).
  • Implement RPA technologies to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Liaise with vendors and implementation partners to evaluate and select new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with process owners and IT verticals to timely deliver projects and identify gaps in existing processes.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in SSC environment and SAP technologies.
  • Chartered Accountant or CA Inter or MBA Finance degree.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to connect with stakeholders, evaluate vendors, and negotiate functional agreements.
