Finance Transformation Analyst

This role focuses on supporting and implementing finance transformation initiatives across various organizations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement process standardization, automation, and target operating model (TOM) design to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the setup of Shared Services and Global Capability Centres (GCCs), optimizing finance processes across procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, revenue-to-revenue, and financial planning and analysis.
  • Analyze existing finance operating models, ERP systems, and digital tools to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform client recommendations and drive business growth.
Necessary Qualifications
  • Freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to think analytically, solve problems effectively, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Flexibility to work on remote projects and travel when necessary.
