Assistant Manager - Finance

The Assistant Manager of Finance plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient financial management of the hotel. This involves supporting the Director of Finance in managing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Overseeing cost control measures and financial policies to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborating with other departments to support financial decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, audit requirements, and financial policies.
  • Leading, developing, and motivating the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in Finance, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related field is preferred.
  • CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications.
