The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise in process design and filtration systems.
- Provide technical support for industrial filtration products and processes, ensuring seamless integration with customer needs.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of technical parameters related to pressure vessels and filtration systems.
- Design and size filters to meet specific application requirements, utilizing ASME calculations as preferred.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations in response to customer inquiries, aligning with market trends and competitor analysis.
- Oversee the successful implementation and execution of after-sales service initiatives, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Deliver comprehensive product and application training to internal sales teams, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is highly valued.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the filtration industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
