Job Title

Leading Downstream Process Development Specialist in Vaccines R&D

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in vaccine process development, focusing on bacterial and viral processes.
  • Developing effective downstream strategies and managing projects to achieve business goals.
  • Applying cell separation, cell lysis, protein refolding, chromatography techniques, filtration, and other methods to develop high-quality vaccines.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of downstream process development for vaccines and awareness of industry trends.
  • Able to create innovative solutions to reduce process costs and optimize purification processes using protein chemistry expertise.
  • Responsible for project conception and execution, leveraging technical knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of technology transfer and scale-up procedures.
  • Preparation and review of technical documents for regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinating with regulatory, ADL, PMT, Mfg./QA teams for GMP/GLP activities.
Leadership:
  • Directing teams in research orientation, planning, and policy implementation to achieve VTC's objectives.
  • Leading performance monitoring to achieve timeline-related targets.
  • Driving organizational culture building initiatives and supporting the cascade of values/desired behaviors for the team.
