Job Title: Vaccine Downstream Process Development LeadWe are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of downstream processes for vaccines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bacterial and viral vaccine process development, including knowledge of current industry trends.The responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing strategies for downstream process development
  • Managing projects to ensure timely delivery and milestones are met
  • Coordinating with regulatory, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with GMP/GLP standards
  • Directing teams to implement research plans and policies that align with our objectives
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of protein chemistry, chromatography techniques, and cell separations. They will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards achieving project goals.In addition, experience in technology transfer and scale-up, as well as preparation and review of technical dossiers for regulatory agencies, is highly desirable.To excel in this role, you will need:Key Skills and Qualifications
