Vaccine Development Expert

As a Team Lead for Downstream Process Development of Vaccines, you will play a crucial role in achieving Research and Development (R&D) targets aligned with the organisation's and market requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop expertise in Bacterial and Viral Vaccine Process development
- Gain thorough knowledge of downstream processes for vaccines and stay updated on current vaccine business developments
- Create strategies for downstream process development and manage one or more projects within the team
- Utilize cell separations, cell lysis, protein refolding, chromatography techniques, filtration, and other methods to develop downstream processes
- Implement innovative ideas to reduce process and product costs
- Apply protein chemistry knowledge to optimize purification processes
You will also have experience with technology transfer and scale-up.
Additional Responsibilities:- Prepare and review technical dossiers for regulatory submissions
- Understand legal and intellectual property needs
- Oversee project conception and execution using technical expertise
- Represent the function at project meetings as needed
- Coordinate with regulatory, ADL, PMT, Mfg., and QA teams for GLP activities
The ideal candidate will lead teams in implementing research-oriented plans and policies to achieve VTC's objectives. You will monitor performance to meet timeline-related targets and coordinate with project management for planning, budgeting, and commercialization.
