Internal Sales Specialist

This role is responsible for preparing and submitting offers to customers across India, ensuring timely dispatch of manufactured products and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare detailed proposals outlining filtration solutions for various applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate quotes and efficient order processing.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service support during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate sales efforts, including submission of offers, order processing, and shipment coordination.
  4. Verify and process all sales orders to guarantee seamless manufacturing and dispatch processes.
  5. Engage with external departments to optimize product delivery to customers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery schedules.
  6. Arrange for regular product inspections and expedite shipments as required by customers.
  7. Address customer complaints promptly and efficiently, coordinating with the external sales and operations team.
  8. Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-up actions.
  9. Submit comprehensive sales reports and monthly billing plans on schedule.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, offers, orders, and complaints in Salesforce.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal sales, preferably in the engineering or process industry.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively interact at various customer levels.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new products and technologies used in solid-liquid filtration processes in engineering, F&B, and mining industries.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal relationships.
