We are seeking a Brand Strategist to lead our creative agency in crafting compelling brand narratives and driving market analysis.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals, leveraging data analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality output, managing timelines and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage market research and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions and drive growth, utilizing tools like Excel, Microsoft Office, and analytics platforms for reporting and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market research and brand audits to identify opportunities and gaps, providing actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Brand Strategy and Narrative: Develop and implement cohesive brand narratives that align with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights to drive campaign effectiveness.
  3. Creative Direction and Team Leadership: Lead creative direction and guide the team in building consistent brand stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  4. Content Strategy and Ideation: Oversee content strategy and ideation, ensuring alignment with business goals and market insights, while driving innovative ideas and solutions.
  5. Team Management and Collaboration: Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and output quality, while driving results-oriented initiatives and projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A balance of strategic thinking, creative ideation, and analytical ability.
  • Proven experience in leading campaigns or brand initiatives.
  • Ability to manage teams and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
