Brand Experience Designer & Visual Storyteller

This role is a perfect opportunity for you to craft the visual identity and storytelling voice seen by thousands across platforms. You will be responsible for shaping our brand's look, tone, and engagement strategy.

  • Develop Fluencity's visual language including logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and digital product UI/UX
  • Lead creation of content for Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns that boost brand resonance and community growth worldwide
  • Use AI-powered tools like Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva to create and iterate faster
  • Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to ensure brand consistency and purposeful storytelling
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize content for maximum engagement
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years experience in brand design, digital marketing, or social media content creation (startup experience a plus)
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing
  • Deep understanding of digital storytelling and creator economy aesthetics
  • Experience with AI design and content generation tools to supercharge your creativity
  • Portfolio showcasing branding, campaign materials, social content, and product design
  • Excellent written English; Hindi or multilingual skills a plus
  • Proactive, independent, and ready to take ownership in a fast-moving environment
