Job Title: Water Treatment Sales Engineer

\

We are seeking an experienced sales engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting water treatment solutions in the West India region.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the assigned territory.\
  • Identify and appoint channel partners and stockists in the assigned territory, providing technical support and pipeline building.\
  • Work closely with key direct OEM/EPC accounts to position Aquabrane membranes in their projects.\
  • Maintain market knowledge around competition, water treatment OEMs, and EPCs as well as key project bids in the assigned territory.\
  • Identify and develop one international territory for sales of Aquabrane membranes.\
  • Assume complete responsibility for customer satisfaction, working closely with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely execution of orders.\
  • Participate in brand-building activities such as seminars, exhibitions, advertisements, news letters, catalogue designing, and similar marketing activities.\
  • Market mapping to identify potential OEMs, consultants, and channel partners in the assigned territory.\
  • Payment and C-Form collection, supporting channel partners in terms of technical sales, pipeline building, converting the pipeline into orders, market reach, and market penetration.\
  • Working closely with consultants to get Aquabrane membranes specified in their projects.\
  • Identifying 1-2 end customers for critical water/wastewater treatment and working closely with them to position Aquabrane membranes and build a successful reference/case study.\
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue and grow the business in the assigned territory.\
  • Providing regular sales updates and reporting to management.\
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, attending relevant training and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.\
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research.\
  • Representing the company at external events, conferences, and meetings as required.\
  • Contributing to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.\
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.\
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.\
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.\
  • Building and maintaining a network of contacts and influencers in the industry.\
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.\
  • Supporting the development of new products and services to meet customer needs and stay ahead of competitors.\
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.\
  • Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.\
  • Implementing sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Recruiting, managing, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.\
