Senior Design Engineer Role
  • We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead our design team and work on various projects related to water supply, water treatment plants, sewerage, sewage treatment plants, and drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze hydraulic systems including pumps, valves, and pipelines.
  • Prepare and check general specifications, mechanical specifications, contract documents, etc.
  • Supervise site activities, provide construction support, and commissioning services.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in designing and analyzing hydraulic systems.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, Navisworks is required.
  • Ability to review PID drawings related to water and wastewater treatment processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering from a recognized University.
  • Masters degree desirable.

Competencies:

  • Strong technical background with ability to design raw and potable water pumping stations, sewage pumping stations, etc.
  • Exposure to piping standards for ductile iron and/or steel large diameter pipes.
  • Good communication skills with ability to write reports, analyses, and computer skills.

Additional Information:

  • Experience within a consultancy environment preferably in the water/wastewater industry.
  • Previous work experience during various phases of the project cycle.
