We are seeking a visionary and agile team member to fuel growth and advance our evolving product.

Funding:

Our $5 Million Series A funding round was led by RPSG Capital Ventures, with participation from Kotak Alternate Asset Managers.

Job Role: Software Product Leadership (eCommerce - Storefront & Analytics)

You are ideal for this role if you have:

● 6-10 years of experience as a Sr. Product Manager or above, preferably with Consumer-Facing, Large-Scale eCommerce business experience.

● Knowledge of at least 50% of the backend and post-purchase eCommerce infrastructure modules listed below:

  1. Affiliate Management Systems
  2. Coupon Management System
  3. Loyalty Programme
  4. Referral Programme
  5. MarTech integrations
  6. ECommerce Product Analytics
  7. Homepage to Checkout conversion journey
  8. Gamification & Engagement
  9. Product search & discovery
  10. Payment gateway integration

● Ability to learn quickly and teach yourself new skills, thriving in complex and fast-paced environments.

● Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and defining success metrics.

● Comfortable working independently and handling unstructured situations.

● Fluency in English / Hindi and strong communication skills.

● Experience working with agile product development teams.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy

  1. Define and drive product vision and strategy across all platforms (Web, Mobile, API) aligned with company goals.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams for alignment on product goals and execution.

Portfolio Management

  1. Own the product portfolio, optimizing for customer value and business KPIs.

Market Trends & Opportunities

  1. Identify market trends, technologies, and opportunities to shape product strategy.

Product Roadmaps

  1. Develop and oversee product roadmaps, balancing short-term and long-term priorities.

Leadership & Collaboration

  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategies with business objectives.
  2. Establish a data-driven approach to decision-making, tracking key metrics and KPIs.
  3. Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and validate product hypotheses.
  4. Analyze customer feedback to drive product prioritization and improvements.

Talent Development

  1. Mentor and manage product managers, fostering growth and high performance.

Launches & Partnerships

  1. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support for successful product launches.
  2. Define product messaging and go-to-market strategies for impactful launches.

Performance Reporting

  1. Represent product teams to executives, reporting on progress and outcomes.
  2. Define and monitor business KPIs to drive growth, revenue, and profitability.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and refine product strategies for growth.
