Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in software applications.
As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing functional and automated test cases for Salesforce software applications. Your expertise in testing methodologies and tools such as Provar will enable you to deliver high-quality results.
You will work closely with software engineers, technical product owners, and business partners to understand requirements and translate them into test plans. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure that user stories and requirements are thoroughly reviewed to ensure testability and completeness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Functional Testing: Perform functional testing on Salesforce components to identify defects and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Regression Testing: Develop and execute regression tests to ensure that new changes do not introduce defects in existing functionality.
- Integration Testing: Validate integrations between Salesforce components and external systems.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure that Salesforce applications meet required performance standards.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders to convey test results and progress.
- Proficiency in QA Methodologies: Knowledge of industry-standard QA methodologies and tools.
- Conga CLM Experience: Experience with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) testing is highly desirable.

This role requires a strong background in software QA with at least 4+ years of experience, including 2+ years focused on Salesforce testing. Proficiency in test automation tools such as Provar or similar is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Provar, or Certified Selenium Professional are a plus.
