This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our business development initiatives in the HR staffing and recruitment industry.

As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for researching and identifying prospective clients, assisting in outreach campaigns, and supporting proposal preparation. You will also maintain and update CRM/ATS systems with accurate client and lead data, track business development activities, and prepare reports on pipeline progress.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify prospective clients (HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers) across target industries.
  • Assist in outreach campaigns (emails, calls) to generate new business leads.
  • Support proposal preparation, capability decks, and client presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM/ATS systems with accurate client and lead data.
  • Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in HR, staffing, and recruitment industry trends.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce) is an asset.
