Contract Management Specialist Opportunity

This role is ideal for a professional seeking to enhance their career in contract management. As a Contract Management Specialist, you will play a vital part in supporting the Maintenance Solutions Department in optimizing contracts management performance across its global portfolio.

The primary objective of this position is to support the development and deployment of assessment programs, benchmarking performance, and recommending strategies for improvement in contract planning, procurement, and administration.

  • Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy assessment programs to evaluate and improve contracts management performance
  • Benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices
  • Recommend strategies for improving contract planning, procurement, and administration processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts management initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in contracts management in an oil and gas industrial environment (maintenance contract)
  • Experience in contracts advisory, assessing, and evaluating contracts management performances
  • Ability to develop contracts management assessments framework and processes
