Human Resources Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization by managing human resources and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Source and hire candidates across multiple locations, build talent pipelines for various roles, manage the full recruitment cycle—screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Employee Supervision and Engagement: Supervise, guide, and motivate employees across multiple locations, monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies, promote a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Handle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation, ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines.

Direct influence over team performance, engagement, and retention is expected. The ideal candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive (ECommerce or Online Retail preferred), strong knowledge of various recruitment platforms, proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation, excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities, ability to motivate teams, maintain confidentiality, and multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
