Fresh talent sought for a position in the P&B team, where our professionals play a vital role in end-to-end servicing of accounts. The selected candidate will act as the documentation and billing specialist, providing essential information to brokers to service accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality work that meets defined KPIs, adhering to SLA accuracy/quality standards and TAT requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes and manage workload/volumes accordingly.
  • Accurately update work trackers and time-tracking tools in real-time.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Leaders while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Commerce or Insurance background preferred.

Functional Competencies:

  • Analytical: Ability to research, collect, interpret, analyze, and solve problems using numerical and graphical data.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of thoroughness, accuracy, and completeness when accomplishing tasks.
  • Communications Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to comprehend and articulate information logically.
  • MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
