Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and student-oriented Career Counselor who can effectively guide students in making informed career choices — whether they plan to pursue education in India or abroad. The ideal candidate will help students understand various career paths, educational routes, and admission procedures in both local and international contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students about career options and education opportunities in India and abroad
- Assess student interests, strengths, goals, and guide them in course and college selection
- Collaborate with students and parents to build trust and transparency
- Conduct career awareness workshops, webinars, or school/college visits as needed

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in career or academic counseling (local and/or overseas)
- Familiarity with Indian exams like NEET, JEE, CUET, etc., and international processes like IELTS, TOEFL, university applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle students from diverse backgrounds with empathy and clarity
