**Job Title:** Academic Counselor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Academic Counselor. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a critical role in guiding students through the academic journey, providing them with the necessary support and resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with educational institutions, leading to the growth of our student base.
  • Student Engagement: Build strong relationships with current and prospective students, ensuring they have a positive experience with our institution.
  • Admission Guidance: Provide expert advice to students on course offerings, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and financial aid.
  • Documentation: Assist students in completing application forms accurately and promptly.
  • Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with students to ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on activities, conversion rates, and challenges to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in technical program sales or software selling is a strong plus.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, experience in academic sales.
