Job Description:

  • Leadership Role: This position requires a strong leader to oversee the design and development of NMC technology for various battery cell formats manufactured in our Gigafactory.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure all SFG inventories are reconciled against SAP stock to maintain zero stock differences and optimal composition of raw materials and assembly materials mentioned in the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • 5S Implementation: Implement, sustain, and continuously improve 5S principles throughout production areas to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency in the workplace.
  • Data Interpretation: Interpret large amounts of data from SAP WMS and MES to ensure consumption posting and outputs align with BOM.
  • Operational Efficiency: Hire a Production Control Manager to improve operational efficiency, meet customer demands, and drive sustainable growth in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock Reconciliation: Reconcile row materials, assembly materials, and finished goods from receipt through production operations to dispatches, ensuring zero discrepancy in stock and consumption posting as per BOM.
  • Cycle Counting: Perform cycle counting and adjust stock through approved processes.
  • CAPA for Discrepancies: Implement Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) for discrepancies.
