Job Opportunity: Insurance Customer Care Senior Representative

We are seeking an experienced customer care professional to join our team as a Senior Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of the healthcare insurance industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performing outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to collect outstanding accounts receivables.
  2. Responding to customer inquiries by phone and/or email to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service standards.
  3. Resolving moderately complex questions following established guidelines.
  4. Performing routine research on customer inquiries.
  5. Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry, including products, services, and processes.
  6. Ability to work regular scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 17:30pm to 03:30am IST.
  7. University degree or equivalent with at least 3+ years of formal studies in English language.
  8. 0-1 year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications, requiring use of a keyboard, navigation through screens, and learning new software tools.
  9. 6+ months of experience in a service-oriented role where corresponding with customers in writing or over the phone was required.
  10. 6+ months of experience in a service-oriented role where applying business rules to varying fact situations and making appropriate decisions was necessary.
