Job Title: Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a professional and welcoming individual to handle all receptionist and clerical duties at our main entrance's front desk.

The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor while also being sharp and disciplined. They should be able to handle complaints and provide reliable information, making our guests and visitors feel welcome and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints
  • Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
  • Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting or keeping messages
  • Receiving letters, packages etc. and distributing them
  • Preparing outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels
  • Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements

Requirements and Skills:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in hospitality and hotel administration or related field
  • 3+ years of front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer software such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
  • Customer service orientation
