Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Loan Review: You will review commercial loan documentation and identify key terms within it, providing accurate and detailed analysis for stakeholders.
- ACBS System Administration: You will enter loan details into the ACBS system of record, including borrower entities, guarantor entities, rate, repayment, accrual, collateral, etc., ensuring seamless data integration and minimizing errors.

- Client Servicing: You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all servicing-related activity for the bank's direct/bilateral/syndicated loan portfolio, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Portfolio Monitoring: You will monitor and perform ACBS system input for timely administration of rate options, borrowing base adjustments, reduction to revolver schedules, and facility utilization changes.
- Agent Bank Collaboration: You will work directly with agent banks to balance and resolve issues within the portfolio, fostering effective relationships and driving positive outcomes.
- Research Support: You will provide research support and analyze loan documentation as part of that research, leveraging your analytical skills to deliver actionable insights.
