Job Title: HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, enhance employee experience, and build a culture of performance and engagement across teams.

  • You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage workforce challenges such as attrition, absenteeism, shift adherence, and productivity.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution with fairness and empathy.
  • Partner with business teams to identify skill gaps and drive capability-building initiatives.
  • Work on HR analytics – track and analyze key metrics like attrition, engagement scores, and productivity trends.
  • Collaborate on policy implementation, compliance, and process improvements.
  • Build strong engagement programs tailored to employee needs across shifts.
  • Be a cultural ambassador – drive company values and ensure high employee morale.
Requirements:
  • 3–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP in BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Proven experience handling large employee bases (minimum 300–500 employees).
  • Strong understanding of workforce dynamics including shift operations, high attrition, and engagement challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence leadership and frontline employees alike.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools, data reporting, and HRMS platforms.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
