Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Leasing Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, negotiation, and financial analysis.

About the Role

This role involves identifying and sourcing quality corporate office spaces, as well as transaction management. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual targets, while ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement.

  • Business Development

You will demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars, and other sources. You will leverage existing and new relationships with developers and corporates, particularly focusing on sourcing & origination of quality land supply.

  • Transaction Management

You will assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, and participate in proposal discussions. You will also prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical reports, market intelligence, and seek inputs from solicitors, legal consultants, and government bodies.

  • Candidate Profile

  • A graduate degree with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, proven negotiation, and financial skills with the ability to adapt to change.
  • You should be a self-starter, confident, collaborative with the ability to multitask and work in a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios.
