Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Senior Facilities Executive is based in Gurugram. The Senior Facilities Executive will oversee daily operations of building management, ensuring all facilities are functioning efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include managing facility operations, coordinating with vendors and service providers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
  • Strong Building Management and oversight capabilities
  • Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and relationship management
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate or workspace solutions industry is a plus.
