**The Role**

As a Digital IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles. This includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding qualified professionals. You will leverage multiple channels to identify and engage potential candidates, including job portals, social media, referrals, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Sourcing and Screening: Manage the entire candidate pipeline, from initial contact to final selection. Conduct thorough screenings to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Management: Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. Negotiate contract terms, manage expectations, and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update a database of qualified professionals for current and future opportunities. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) efficiently to streamline the hiring process.

**Requirements**

  • Experience: 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience, particularly with C2H roles.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with IT job roles and technologies.
  • Client Management: Proven experience working with top-tier clients like TCS, Capgemini, and Cognizant.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with candidates and clients effectively.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within tight deadlines.

**What We Offer**
