Customer Relationship Associate

This is an excellent opportunity to join our organization as a Customer Relationship Associate. As a Telecaller in our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships with existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing or potential customers to inform them about our products or services using predetermined scripts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding our offerings and the company.
  • Determine customer requirements through questioning and facilitate sales closures.
  • Refer prospects to our field sales team when necessary.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in our database system.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a manner that preserves our company's reputation.
  • Go above and beyond to meet sales targets and enhance future sales opportunities.
  • Document calls and sales interactions while noting valuable insights.
