Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent & Culture function, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of initiatives and projects.

  • Process day-to-day administration for Talent & Culture, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct regular file audits for candidate files, ensuring compliance and organization.
  • Prepare personal files for new ambassadors, including necessary forms, documents, and information.
  • End-to-end process for Pre-Employment Medicals/Food Handlers renewal test and report administration.
  • Review and renew Health and safety policies for ESIC, Group Medical Coverage, Group Personal Accident, and Group Term Life Insurance.
  • Assist employees in claim processes, coordinating with TPA/ESIC Authorities.
  • Support new employees with mandatory documentation, ensuring all forms are complete.
  • Ensure timely completion of background checks, medical check-ups, and reports for new joiners.
  • Prepare various letters and communications to employees.
  • Develop and publish a monthly employee newsletter creatively.
  • Organize and execute engagement & CSR activities.
  • Track and update annual and probation period appraisals for all employees.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience, with 1 year in a similar role.
  • Self-driven individual with a proactive and positive approach to change.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
