We are seeking a skilled Compliance Learning Administrator, Trainer to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about equipping compliance learning administrators with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of technical expertise in LMS administration, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Compliance Learning Administrator, Trainer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of practical training programs that build both technical proficiency and confidence in LMS administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for LMS administrators.
  • Create and maintain training content, job aids, process guides, and eLearning modules to support consistent LMS administration practices.
  • Mentor and coach administrators, sharing best practices and problem-solving strategies to build organizational capability.
  • Manage and respond to ServiceNow (SNOW) Service Requests and Incidents related to LMS administration, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to defined SLAs, while training others to do the same.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in LMS, preferably from the medtech/Healthcare industry.
  • Cornerstone LMS administration with extensive hands-on experience, and strong expertise in training facilitation, instructional design, and content development.
  • eLearning module creation, presentation, job aid, and process documentation experience.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar support ticketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex LMS challenges and create clear training solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
