Job Title: Zoho Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Zoho implementation specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time role located in Jaipur for a Zoho Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, customize, and maintain Zoho applications to meet business requirements.
  • Configure workflows, automations, and dashboards for various departments.
  • Train internal teams on the effective usage of Zoho tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Zoho apps with existing software systems.
  • Provide continuous improvement recommendations for business processes through Zoho tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing software solutions like Zoho and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Project management skills with the ability to lead software implementation projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
