Key Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our HR operations. This includes overseeing employee life-cycle management, managing payroll processing, and tracking employee data, attendance, leave policies, and performance.

  • Manage payroll processing using Zoho Payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
  • Handle deductions, bonuses, and tax calculations as per companys compliance requirements.
  • Generate detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Operations or HRMS Implementation with a deep understanding of Zoho HR tools.

  • Experience: 7 to 9 years in HR Operations or HRMS Implementation with a deep understanding of Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, Zoho Hourly, Zoho Shifts, and Zoho Expenses.
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Zoho HR tools, especially Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, and Zoho Expenses.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the Renewable Energy industry preferred.
  • Employee Management: Experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
  • HR Compliance Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance, especially in manufacturing or energy sectors.
