Equity Research Analyst Job Opportunity

The role of the Equity Research Analyst involves providing valuable insights and recommendations to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing comprehensive financial models with scenario analysis, DCF, relative, SOTP, and other relevant valuation methods.
  • Screening large datasets to identify potential investment opportunities and supporting Portfolio Managers/Chief Investment Officers in their investment decisions.
  • Preparing earnings reviews, previews, attending conference calls, and management meetings.
  • Creating pitch notes/presentations, industry, and thematic notes.
  • Maintaining databases and collecting news for analysis.
  • Providing ad hoc research requests and ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent financial modeling and research report-writing/presentation-making abilities.
  • Ability to think critically and consider various drivers and KPIs across a range of sectors.
  • Effective client relationship management skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows with tight deadlines.
  • Numerical abilities and proficiency in using technologies such as Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.
