Costing and Plant Financial Expert

Job Summary:

The Costing and Plant Financial Expert will be responsible for preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management. This includes ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and control plant expenditures, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve financial performance.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • ICWA Qualified or Semi Qualified / CMA Semi Qualified with 5 years of experience in Costing and Plant Accounting.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reports and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
