Job Title: Expert Financial Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Consultant to support our company in supply chain finance by leveraging their expertise in SAP S4 Hana and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Module Setup: Establish seamless transition to SAP S4 Hana by setting up finance and supply chain modules for manufacturing plants.
  • Rigorous Testing: Conduct thorough testing, issue resolution, and documentation for finance-related transactions and integrations with MM, PP, and SD modules.
  • End-to-End Finance Processes: Validate and manage product costing, BOM impact, SKU costing, accounts payable, provisions, and inventory accounting.
  • Transaction Testing: Perform transaction testing for procurement, production, inventory, and sales to guarantee accurate financial postings and compliance.
  • Logistics Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze logistics costs (primary, secondary, and warehouse), prepare dashboards, and provide actionable insights on variances.
  • Production Variance Forecasting: Develop data-driven dashboards for production variance forecasting, support new product costing, business case evaluations, and raise early warnings on costing or BOM issues.
Skill Requirements
  • SAP S4 Hana Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana with hands-on experience in finance and supply chain modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).
  • Product Costing Expertise: Showcase expertise in product costing, BOM analysis, SKU costing, and standard cost calculations.
  • Financial Accounting Processes: Proficiency in financial accounting processes including Accounts Payable, GRIR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Variance Analysis and Forecasting: Skilled in variance analysis, forecasting, and dashboard development for logistics and production costs.
  • Testing and Issue Resolution: Able to conduct testing, issue resolution, and process validation across integrated finance systems.
  • Analytical and Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to support business case development and process improvements.
