As a Forensic Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial records and identifying any potential discrepancies or fraudulent activities. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Examining financial documents to identify fraudulent activities within an organization.
  • Investigating complex financial transactions and creating reports of findings.
  • Performing audits of financial transactions and account details to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Preparing detailed reports on audit findings and proposing solutions to management or relevant authorities.
  • Interviewing individuals to gather information and understand the context of specific transactions.

You will work closely with legal teams to prepare for court proceedings and provide expert testimony as needed. Additionally, you will develop and implement forensic audit programs and control systems, staying up-to-date with the latest auditing techniques and methods, as well as relevant legal changes.

Your expertise will be essential in assisting in developing fraud prevention strategies and programs, collaborating with legal teams in collecting and presenting financial evidence, and conducting risk assessments and recommending internal controls.

Requirements
  • Experience in FCPA Compliance, Internal Controls, and Forensics is essential.
  • Familiarity with fraud risks, Anti Bribery Policy reviews, Assets Tracking, Anti-Fraud and Anti Control Program, Due Diligence, Conflict of Interest, Related Party, Compliance, and Controls is necessary.
