Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Expert to manage our financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage daily accounting activities, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in Zoho and other relevant software.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Efficiently handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
  • Tax Compliance: Manage and ensure timely filing of GST returns and other relevant tax filings.
  • Business Intelligence: Support management by assisting with budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to aid in business decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a higher qualification.
  • Academic Record: A strong academic record, with a minimum of 85% or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as an accountant, specifically within the manufacturing or food industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of accounting software, particularly Zoho.
  • Cognitive Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
