About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial management, leadership, and strategic planning to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, increase efficiency, and enhance financial controls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and optimize financial systems, processes, and technologies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Certified Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of success in financial leadership, strategic planning, and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of IndAS/IFRS and ERP systems (SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) is required.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
