Job Description

The Business Valuation Group is responsible for providing specialized business valuations, expert testimony, and investigations of potential fraud. Our team works closely with clients to extract data from financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents.

We conduct research on industry trends, analyze historical and projected financial statements, and identify normalization adjustments. Our valuation models are built using Excel-based tools, and we contribute to the drafting of narrative sections of valuation reports.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, a business valuation credential, and strong analytical thinking skills. They must also have experience in accounting or finance and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
