- Contract Management: Conduct thorough reviews and negotiations of customer and vendor contracts across various jurisdictions, including MSAs, DPAs, order forms, SOWs, marketing and event agreements, partner agreements, and related commercial contracts.
- Legal Advice: Provide expert legal advice on contractual obligations and commercial terms to ensure alignment with business objectives.
