Legal Operations Specialist

Are you a seasoned legal professional with expertise in contract management and operations? We are seeking an experienced Legal Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and partners

• Provide strategic legal advice on contract risks and liabilities

• Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards

• Develop and implement efficient contract lifecycle management systems

• Collaborate with the General Counsel to develop and implement legal operations strategies

• Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory frameworks and advise on compliance

• Conduct training sessions for employees on legal awareness and contract management

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputable institution

• Minimum 9 years of experience in client/customer contract management in Tier 1 IT/ITES or Fortune 500 environments

• Strong legal expertise combined with operational discipline

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and contract repositories

• Analytical mindset and risk-spotting ability
